So often, diet and exercise programs ignore the spiritual elements of caring for ourselves. This group fills this gap.

Led by personal trainer and ordained minister, Judy Bever, this group combines physical exercise, spiritual practices, holistic goal setting and friendship building.

We are taking a haitus right now but look forward to scheduling more activities soon. Let us know of your interest and we'll work to fit into your schedule!

Bring a towel or yoga mat, water to drink, comfortable shoes and clothes and a spirit open to God. Every fitness level is welcome.
